How does a telephone consultation work?
A telephone consultation is you simply calling my office. I will ask questions. I will ask what charges were placed against you, and I will want to find out where and when you have court. You will tell me what facts you feel are important. After gathering this information, I will tell you what my fee would be if you wanted me to help you with the case. There is no fee to review your case with me. I will not ask even ask you your full name, though I do ask for your first name. Once the call is over, it is up to you to call me again. I will not call you back unless you specifically request that I do.
What is your telephone number?
My office telephone number is: (708) 410-0090.
How does an in-person consultation work?
For an in-person consultation, you come to my office and meet me to review your case. Similar to a telephone consultation, I will ask you questions. For example, what charges were placed against you, and where you have court and when. I do not take any of your information and do not even need to know your full name when we meet. Once I have all of the facts, I will tell you what my fee would be to represent you. I do not pressure anyone to hire me.
Where is your office located?
My office is in Westchester, Illinois. Westchester is between Midway Airport and O’Hare Airport. Further, we are located approximately 12 miles west of Chicago. We are very close to the Interstate 294 and 290.
Our address is: 9842 Roosevelt Road, Westchester, Illinois 60154.
Also:
With either a telephone consultation or an in-person consultation, I take pride in providing accurate and truthful advise. I do not try to scare you by telling you how you might go to jail (other attorneys use this tactic). I can often tell you right away whether your case is one that I can have dismissed or whether it is a case that we should negotiate the best deal for and close it.
