What is Juvenile Court?
Juvenile Court is a special court for individuals under the age of 17. In Illinois, a person becomes an adult at the age of 17. And if he or she gets arrested, he or she will most likely have to appear in a juvenile proceeding.
Although a court for juveniles has special protections for its offenders, the cases are just as serious. Moreover, the effectiveness of an attorney is more acute in a juvenile proceeding. Further, an attorney presence in court can make more of a difference than in regular court.
Attorney Young represents individuals charged with felony juvenile offenses.
