Last Friday I represent my Client in DuPage County, in Room 4002 on the charge of Driving Under the Influence, Open alcohol, Speeding 75mph in a 55mph, and Improper Lane Usage.
The police officer was an Illinois State Police Trooper. The stop and field sobriety tests were all video taped and was presented to the Judge.
The Judge found my Client NOT guilty of DUI and Open Alcohol. The judge found him guilty of speeding and improper lane usage and fined him a total of $250.00.
The Judge stated that “it was a close one,” as he ruled my Client was NOT GUILTY.
